AI Agents & Assistants

Your inbox and calendar, handled before you sit down.

We set you up with a personal AI assistant on OpenClaw and an outreach agent built on Hermes, both wired into Gmail, Google Calendar and your CRM. They do the sorting, the drafting and the chasing; you decide what actually goes out.

The personal assistant

It clears the small stuff before you get to it.

Set up on OpenClaw and pointed at your real working day. It reads what came in overnight, sorts it, writes what needs writing, and hands you one short brief instead of a full inbox.

  • Triage and filing

Everything that arrives is read, sorted and filed, so what is left in front of you is only the handful of things that genuinely need a person.

  • Replies drafted in your voice

It writes the answer the way you would have written it, then stops. The draft sits in front of you until you approve it.

  • Scheduling and chasing

It offers times that fit around what is already in your calendar, holds the slot, and follows up on the quotes and replies that have gone quiet.

Propose, then approve

The agent drafts. You approve. Then it sends.

Every agent we set up runs in propose mode: it can read your tools, but it cannot send, book or change a single thing until a person says yes.

  • Propose is the default

The assistant writes the reply and the outreach agent queues the follow-up, then both stop and wait for you. No exceptions, no quiet sends.

  • The gate does not come off

Sending, booking and changing always waits for a person. Preparing (reading, sorting, drafting, holding a slot) runs unattended, and that is the only part that ever does.

  • Connections you control

Gmail, Google Calendar and your CRM connect through their own permissions, so you can see exactly what the agent can reach and take that access away whenever you like.

Illustrative. Every one of them waited for Sarah before it went anywhere.

What we set up for you

Two agents, connected to the tools you already use, with the approval gate in place from the first day.

A personal assistant on OpenClaw

Your own assistant, configured and handed over ready to work: it triages the inbox, drafts the replies, keeps the diary organised and briefs you each morning.

An outreach agent built on Hermes

It writes the first touch and the follow-ups, keeps track of who has replied, and queues each message for your approval before anyone hears from you.

Wired into Gmail, Calendar and your CRM

We do the connecting, the testing and the tidying up, so the agent works inside the tools your team already opens every day.

Every one of them is built the same way, and runs the same way: a human approves every action before it happens.

Want your mornings back?

Book a free 30-minute call. We will work out where your day actually goes and which parts an assistant can take off you, in propose mode, with you approving every send.
